Here's a lawsuit filed today about "the Ferrari or Prada of canned tomato varieties."
We're talking about San Marzano tomatoes, of course.
California consumers say that Cento Fine Foods falsely advertises its tomatoes as being "Certified San Marzano."
The tomatoes allegedly are "inauthentic, and indeed illegal in Italy."
ICento was ejected from the Italian Consortium that approves San Marzano tomatoes in 2011.
The Consortium "is the only entity which can certify and approve San Marzano tomatoes."
Following an Italian police raid of Cento's operations in 2010, a manager was convicted of criminal fraud for selling counterfeit tomatoes.
Yet Cento continues to give the "false impression that [its product] contains Consortium certified San Marzano tomatoes."

The release everyone was waiting for is now live. Ghost fills dropped from a peak of 30% to 0.17% with the rollout, and will continue trending toward 0% throughout the day.

as someone who works on making LLMs run faster and cheaper every day, i can confidently say the question of whether theyre conscious has exactly zero impact on whether theyre useful. we dont need our inference stack to be conscious, we need it to be correct, fast, and affordable. the consciousness debate is fascinating philosophy but its a distraction from the actual engineering problems that determine whether AI creates value. the gravity formula doesnt need to exert weight to help you build a bridge @Hesamation

✅FIXED:
- We pushed a quick fix for an edge case crash impacting Trios and Duos. You should have a more consistently reliable experience in these game modes moving forward.
- We issued a fix that should lead to improved server stability
- Patched a hole players were able to fall through on Broken Moon in BR and Wildcard
⚠️INVESTIGATING:
- Fuse's 28.0 kit changes aren't active in Firing Range
- We're investigating player reports of controllers experiencing a delay while using their Tactical abilities when playing as certain Legends
- Pre-28.0 kit changes for Horizon were erroneously reverted
