The @AmericanExpress lounge access via priority pass or platinum is absolutely useless at busy airports like @HeathrowAirport where maybe they will deign to let you in if there’s room to Centurion and @prioritypasscom lounges are over capacity. What a waste of a ‘benefit’

Thanks again @Hertz . Yet again reservations and gold status at LHR mean nothing. Lost in translation between the us and the UK? This is getting repetitive and tiresome. I’m questioning my loyalty.

@Hertz Will do but I will say I was super impressed with the staff who handled it quickly, professionally, and we were satisfied with the outcome. I do think there is an issue with US reservation system and the UK one though as this has happened several times.

@Making_New_Mems @Hertz @Enterprise They were very good about getting it sorted and we ended up with a nicer… and newer car so it’s ok. I just accept and expect it now. The first time I was quite irate. We head onto water on Monday!

Again I cannot say enough about @united reps. I made an emergency booking the other day and the rep was awesome - and them some additional issues came up and someone was able to sort me out (twice!) Once because their system was being wonky and once because *I* was being wonky.

The @united rep who helped me arrange a bunch of flights and change other flights due to a family emergency was absolutely AMAZING. Thank you.

We love our @BergenMakers interns. Need a sign for a school vehicle! These two have it covered and learned a lot of new techniques and skills along the way. Great use of our @glowforge !

There’s always something cool about @BergenMakers open night. We used an @xToolOfficial F1 Ultra to engrave an image on an apple!
