@dunkindonuts you must be going out of business finally! No phone service for well over a week and no emails responses in the same period for a minor issue. Horrible customer service to say the least.
@NissanUSA I purchased a 2011 Rogue for my 19 year niece and transmission went out before I could get it to her. Junk CVT. Buyers beware do not buy a Nissan. Poor girl out her only $5000. Class action suit only good for 2012-2014??
@Budget horrible customer service trying to pickup a vehicle a day early. Promised the vehicle and went to pick up only to be told vehicle was not available 10 minutes after I was dropped off.
@GMC I had an issues with my 2025 upgraded wheels being programmed. A customer resolution member mentioned they were giving me 50k reward points but never followed through or completed it. Been 2 weeks. Vehicle sat for a month at the dealer. Very unprofessional!
@GMC please explain why I have a 2025 Yukon sitting at the dealership for a month that I have purchased waiting on 22 inch wheels to be programmed. I have no timeframe for when this vehicle is going to be ready.

@Resideo horrible customer service. I had a 2 year old humidifer thermostat that needs replacing. Repair company said they are all junk and replaced with digital. DEFECTIVE and no assistance offered for repair.
@Starbucks not good when you advertise a promotion and I get a text then find out promotion over due to too many cards issued. Take it off your site then?
