When the victim retaliates in a school setting with many kids around, he or she often is named as the aggressor. The bully's act got everyone's attention and they saw the victim hit the bully, starting a fight. I put cameras all over my building 20 years ago to help resolve the bully issue - it helped greatly. But parents, if you want satisfaction that badly, know that you, YOU, put your child in danger of suspension.

Should bullies be just reported? Or should kids fight back?
