@GWRHelp submitted delay repay claim for 14.29 cancelled train from Paddington to Penzance on 3/1 resulting in ~45 min delay. Claim was unsuccessful and got this incredibly unhelpful and incorrect response. Please can you advise how best to proceed or what is actually wrong?
