New year, same old @EasternAirways. Flight cxl from @Newquay_Airport to LGW. Not due to weather but another “tech fault”. Still not compensated for the last 3 cancelled flights. No notice from Eastern, despite the airport saying it was cancelled last night. Shambles as always!

Questioning whether @EasternAirways have ever been a week from NQY to LGW and back without cancelling a flight. Another last minute cancellation due to “technical issues”. Absolutely no detail, service or message from anyone to say what’s going on.

@Newquay_Airport Ahh would you look at that @EasternAirways realised they don’t have enough staff… so 2hrs late the flight might be taking off. Air hostess arrives late and says “sorry they hadn’t put anyone on the rota to work” Incompetent!

No information of what the problem is, how long it’ll take, if the flight is cancelled. How can @Newquay_Airport claim to be for business travel if they have this terrible airline doing the only flights to London? 25 passengers in “business attire”, which now have ruined days

Yet another blunder from @EasternAirways/@Newquay_Airport. Sat in departures, all ready to board/checked us in, due to leave in 4 minutes and they say “it’s delayed for crew issues”. Get this flight every wk & had crew issues” 20x this yr. Useless!

Well - the entire crew of season two of #AdamRichmanEatsBritain has just been robbed. We were driving from Birmingham to London, stopped at a rest, stop in Barnet for exactly 4 1/2 minutes to use the restroom, and came back to our van completely cleaned out. All of the filming equipment is gone. Both of my suitcases with all of my possessions are gone. Backpack with my laptop and all of my medications are gone . And to make matters worse, because I have trackers on some of my possessions, and because of my laptop, I can see where these things are. But we have to wait here for the police. The rest stop won’t release the security footage until the police arrive. It’s been almost an hour. I’m going to share a few of the locations where I can see my possessions. Reward for anything found.

@EasternAirways Worth noting the cancellation last Thursday LGW - NQY was for “staff sickness” as well. Might want to check on your people?

Another morning, another delayed & likely cancelled flight to London @EasternAirways. (NQY-LGW). NQY have said “worst airline to deal with” and “they delay by this much before saying it’s cancelled”. Obvs no customer service to call. Classic blame “operational reasons”.

@EasternAirways You mean the claim from MAY that still isn’t settled/reimbursed? Or the one from last week? Obviously still the one from today to claim as it was >3hrs late. So circa £600 owed to me now and refund for the ticket last week… good going!
