@WillCainShow They need to continue bringing in Asian students because American public schools (K-12) fail American students! Our kids show up at colleges far less educated than those from countries who put a serious value on education their children.

@WillCainShow @guypbenson First job was mowing lawns. More importantly, I feel sorry that Will is so depressed after his “Horns” got hooked in Ohio! Then again as a Buckeye with 2 degrees from that school, I’m still dancing with joy for the Buckeye win. I must admit they were much stronger than expected!

@cwebbonline Yep, why didn’t she self deport and get free transportation and a thousand bucks? There’s someone who can take care of her kids and now she can pay to have them sent to her.

Every time I post about ICE tactics, I get replies, “This is what I voted for.” Really? You voted for a mother crying for mercy while her child is still in school—about to come out and find her missing? There isn’t another way to go about this that preserves our humanity?

@AsaHutchinson I don’t like to label anyone as a RINO but I am learning their characteristics. One would be to completely ignore the many constitutional rights that were denied to the former president and the judicial overreach in filing this suit and the unfair rulings from the bench.

It is not easy to see a former President and the presumptive GOP nominee convicted of felony crimes; but the jury verdict should be respected. An appeal is in order but let’s not diminish the significance of this verdict.

@rob_searun @PhilipGravel @ByronYork @CharlotteInMe Nope, he yelled at those in attendance! Whether he memorized his speech or read it is irrelevant. It was a prepared speech. Trump SPEAKS contemporaneously and extemporaneously all the time. Every time Biden tries extemporaneous speech, the White House has to clean things up.

Seems hard to believe that anyone could watch Trump's 93 minute speech and Biden's news conference and public events -- all on Thursday -- and not see a significant difference in energy and vigor. washingtonexaminer.com/daily-memo/301…

@ByronYork Talking about mental capacity and age, did Trump freeze for 30 seconds again? 😂 The man is throwing stones when he Iives in a glass house.

@brianbdotcom @ByronYork It really isn’t an issue of age as much as it is mental acuity. Chronologically there isn’t much difference between. I guess we will see how much difference there is in acuity between now and November as long as neither of them ducks out of the debates.

The defense can call the witness, a former FEC chairman, but Judge Merchan won't let him discuss the issues in the Trump case. Smith could offer a lot of insight on how federal authorities enforce federal campaign law, but Alvin Bragg and Judge Merchan do *not* want to hear it. washingtonexaminer.com/daily-memo/299…
JimTrvlguy@JimTrvlguy49

@ByronYork The underlying felony charge is that he falsely claimed the recorded legal expense was, in fact, an illegal campaign expense (I think). Easily solved: call a rep of the FEC which declined to charge. Wait…the judge said the defense not allowed to call a FEC rep? Really?

@guypbenson It’s becoming clearer by the day that unassailable, historical facts are less impregnable than they once were, becoming more transmutable with each election cycle.

@ByronYork The weakness of your defense of Trump and attack of DA Bragg is that you haven't okayed a married man's affair with a porn star and a presidential candidate's effort to hide the fact from voters. As a result, your legal analysis misses several key facts.

"The simplest explanation for Johnson’s duplicity, however, is not some secret briefing that’s so terrifying no one can know about it, but that Johnson is a feckless, easily manipulated creature of Washington who was wholly unprepared, as speaker, to fight for Republican voters and serve their interests." -- @johnddavidson thefederalist.com/2024/04/24/no-…

I’ve Seen This Shared But Posting Again So It Gets More Exposure Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act was BLOCKED on Senate floor by Democrats “All 51 Democrats voted to block this amendment from even being voted on” “Democrats unanimously feel that it's okay for men to play women's sports” “No excuse. I don't understand. And and I think it's it's time to call people out on it. So I have a list of names that stood out to me, women, senators who voted to not even allow this amendment to be considered - Number 1, from Massachusetts, senator Elizabeth Warren - Senator Amy Klobuchar from Minnesota - From Nevada, Senator Jackie Rosen - Senator Kirsten Gillibrand New York - Senator Tammy Baldwin from Wisconsin, - And how about Senator Mazie Hirono from Hawaii actually blocking it twice now from even coming to a vote? “Remember, these are mothers. These are grandmothers. These are aunties. Oh, these are feminists. Isn't that what they call themselves? These are feminists who are saying, no. These young women and girls are not worth fighting for. They're not worth protecting. They're saying that by blocking this vote, this should not be political, but every single Democrat voting thinks it's okay for men to play women's sports. It should not be political. It is shameful, and these people and others need to be called out.”

@chris0s @joeybags201 @ByronYork A wise man once said that “he would rather remain silent and be thought a fool than open his mouth and remove all doubt.” You might consider that advice before you post here again.
