What a disappointing and frustrating experience sending a parcel. It still hasn’t been delivered 12 days later and there has been absolutely no update and all your customer service platforms are useless.
How do I get to speak to someone about my query?
@British_Airways Been calling customer service help line non stop for 3 days. No luck of getting through. Please advise how to change my booking itinerary. Can’t be done online! Thanks Jack
