Jews call out every aggression because that is the war we are fighting. Our enemies can no longer annihilate us by force, so they are trying to deny our very existence with words. Today’s lies become tomorrow’s status quo narratives. We aren’t snowflakes. We are survivors.

Disgusting. @DropSiteNews wants to be seen as a credible media outlet. Its publisher, @nikasoonshiong, even sits on the board of the Committee to Protect Journalists. While the 🔺 in the post may not be inverted like those used by Hamas as they carried out the October 7 atrocities, it's a clear dog whistle, which tells you all you need to know about Drop Site. Amplifying a campaign to target 69 Israelis with a call for their deaths, based on hackers’ unverified claims that they are naval officers. That isn’t journalism. It’s not even anti-Israel activism masquerading as reporting. It's incitement to murder. A real news organization doesn’t help place targets on people’s backs. No wonder CPJ @pressfreedom can't tell the difference between journalists and terrorists.

Why do you think that all the placards appeared immediately? Where did all the tents come from? The Metropolitan Police confirmed (via FOI) that organisers of the 14th October London 'palestine' march contacted them at approximately 12:50pm on 7th October 2023 to notify police of their intention to protest. At that point the Hamas massacre was still unfolding and the @IDF was still fighting terrorists inside southern Israel.
Captain Allen@CptAllenHistory

@rohbo1 This was Times Square in New York City on October 8 - check out the signs. The genocide libel was pre-planned. At this stage, Israel was still chasing Hamas terrorists around the kibbutzim and had not even counted or buried its dead.

Today, information moves faster than verification. Claims turn into headlines. Headlines turn into global narratives. And by the time the facts actually come out… most people have already scrolled past, shared the clip, or made up their minds. It’s a pattern that repeatedly fuels anti-Israel narratives.  A prime example? The Gaza hospital explosion in October 2023 may be the clearest case of how misinformation about Israel doesn’t just spread — it becomes the truth. Major outlets blamed Israel for the Al-Ahli Hospital blast within minutes. Hamas sources were quoted instantly. The correction? A misfired Islamic Jihad rocket, confirmed within hours. The false story reached over 100 million people. The truth lagged far behind. This is how narratives are built and how accusations of genocide are fueled. First reports rarely wait for facts. Corrections often never catch up. Watch how it happened, and why it still matters. Presenter: @Erin_Molan

@saribashi - a major source for @NickKristof over YEARS - said in her interview with @jstreetdotorg that her organization (PCATI) and @btselem are part of the @EuroMedHR network, and you're racist if you call EuroMed a Hamas front. [Bezzele is a crummy auto-transcribing of B'Tselem] If you go through her work at Human Rights Watch and whatnot, you're gonna find EuroMed citations too. She also says that EuroMed documents rights violations by Hamas. This is very very false. She also says that Handala (which organizes the flotillas) is a highly respected organization. The auto-transcript lists Handala as Mandala.

1/ Meet Ahmad Hariri. According to The New York Times, he was "a paramedic and photojournalist who was killed in Deir Qanoun an-Nahr on Friday" in an Israeli airstrike. Don't let the press vest fool you. Was Ahmad Hariri targeted for his medical or media work? Five minutes looking at his Facebook told us everything the NYTimes didn't. 🧵

1/ Pulitzer-winning New York Times contributor Saher Alghorra has been named the recipient of the Robert F. Kennedy Journalism Award’s International Photo Award. This latest accolade raises an unavoidable question: would Robert F. Kennedy have approved of his name being attached to this honor? 🧵
Robert & Ethel Kennedy Human Rights Center@Kennedy_HRC

.@SaherAlghorra_B is the 2026 RFK Book & Journalism Awards International Photo Award winner for his work for the @nytimes, "The War in Gaza." Alghorra has captured the war. But the war has also found him: Alghorra and his parents lost their homes in Gaza City. He and his family, including his parents, his sick grandmother and two of his sisters, were displaced six times. More than 200 Palestinian media workers have been killed in Gaza during the war, according to @pressfreedom. Some of them were Alghorra’s friends. He himself came close to being hit in an Israeli airstrike more than once. Our heartfelt congratulations to Saher and The New York Times. The confirmed revelation that Hamas & PIJ fighters systematically posed as journalists is one of the most important developments of the war. It validates Israeli claims, casts doubt on reporting from Gaza, and changes how the entire conflict is viewed, like the genocide hoax.

10/ What makes this even worse is how the NYT weaponizes October 7. Hamas live‑streamed and documented its own atrocities; journalists verified horrors the killers themselves proudly showed. Kristof, by contrast, is asking readers to believe an unprecedented dog‑rape story no expert will stand behind, built on Hamas‑linked and anonymous sources. To drag that into the same moral frame as Oct 7 and then link criticism of his reporting to “Islamophobia” isn’t nuance. It’s an attempt to smear critics and hide bad journalism behind real Israeli victims.

Two nuclear bombs were dropped on Japan during World War II, and no one ever called that a genocide. Because it wasn’t. On his @MakingSenseHQ podcast, philosopher, neuroscientist, and author Sam Harris explains what genocide is: an eradication project. Today, human rights orgs have shifted the meaning in order to call the war in Gaza a genocide. As Harris puts it: “This confusion has been engineered by people who know what they’re doing.”

The word “genocide” was coined by a Jewish lawyer to describe the Holocaust. For two-and-a-half years, it's been systematically deployed against the Jewish state — not as a legal conclusion, but as a political weapon. @HausdorffMedia breaks it down: • What the ICJ’s provisional measures order actually said (and why the court’s president had to correct the media on the BBC) • Why the Genocide Convention’s intent standard cannot be met by the facts from Gaza • What’s jurisdictionally, procedurally, and evidentially wrong with the ICC arrest warrants against Israeli leaders Plus, the bigger alarm: this legal machinery is being engineered to challenge any Western democracy that ever has to fight a non-state actor. 0:00 — When “genocide” stopped meaning genocide 2:22 — Meet Natasha Hausdorff: From Oxford, to Israeli Supreme Court, to prime time debater 5:00 — On being silenced: Owen Jones, Piers Morgan, and the sound being turned down 11:22 — UK Lawyers for Israel & the Centre for International Rule of Law 15:08 — Apartheid, occupation, genocide: which charge has done the most damage 19:53 — What the ICJ actually ruled, and the correction almost nobody reported 25:22 — ICC arrest warrants: inverted burden of proof and a publicity stunt 32:29 — What genocide legally requires 39:13 — Casualty ratios: why 1.5 to 1 is unprecedented in urban warfare 52:25 — Institutional capture: how Hamas propaganda becomes UN fact 55:06 — The warning beyond Israel: Western democracies & changing minds You can also listen to The Honest Take on your favorite podcast player. .@NYCMayor @ZohranKMamdani posted a Nakba Day video centered on Inea Bushnaq, an alleged “Nakba survivor.” But her family’s actual story undercuts the narrative his video is trying to tell. Bushnaq’s grandparents were Muslim Bosnians who moved from Europe to Ottoman Syria in the late 1800s. Her family later lived in Tulkarem, which came under Jordanian control after 1948, not Israeli control. Her father then chose to return to England. The video also features the famous “Visit Palestine” poster, which was designed in 1936 by Austrian-Jewish refugee Franz Kraus in Tel Aviv to promote travel to the Holy Land and support Zionist return. The issue isn’t Mamdani commemorating Palestinian displacement. It’s that he uses selective history to erase key context: the Arab war against Israel in 1948, the Arabs who stayed and became Israeli citizens, and the Jews displaced from Arab countries after Israel’s founding. The result is a distorted narrative that casts Israel as the ultimate villain and Palestinians as the ultimate victims, creating a climate where violence against Jews is justified. h/t @OrenKessler

Because this is circulating again: Mr. Abu Toha is a gifted writer who has endured tremendous loss. But with all due respect, he lied extensively in our interview, specifically about his past comments on social media. And those lies have since gone viral because they have been excerpted and shared without context. Here is some of the context. Most of our interview was about his personal story of grief and suffering, and his writings about this topic, which were honored with a Pulitzer. His award was controversial at the time, however, because of some of his social media posts excusing or rationalizing violence on Oct. 7. The controversy surrounding his honor was readily apparent from any basic Google News search about him at the time. Among other things, he said that the Israeli hostages taken by Hamas, a recognized terrorist group, were not really “hostages,” and essentially had it coming. For example he mocked one specific hostage by name (Emily Damari), who was abducted from her home on a kibbutz on Oct. 7; shot; and subsequently starved and abused underground for 500 days. (She released an open letter to the Pulitzer Board after Mr. Abu Toha's prize was awarded.) In another post, Mr. Abu Toha criticized the BBC and CNN for “humaniz[ing]” Israeli Jews. I am including screen shots of examples of those posts. Mr. Abu Toha has since deleted these posts, which may tell you something about whether he thinks they were wise to publish. In our interview, I asked Mr. Abu Toha if there was anything he would like to clarify about the Facebook posts he had deleted. He responded by lying about what he had said. “First of all, I did not question her status as a hostage, because she is a hostage,” he replied, adding that he had said only that Palestinians should be treated with compassion. This representation is false. If that anodyne statement had been entirety of his prior Facebook remarks, it indeed might look outrageous that a journalist would ask him about any “controversy.” But that is not the case. Mr. Abu Toha is a poet awarded a prize specifically for his words; some of those words have attracted substantial criticism because they countenanced violence. To not ask about those words and the ongoing storm surrounding them would be a dereliction of our jobs as journalists.

I’m seeing this video circulating these day on X. Yes, it never gets old. This is part of the interview I did in May 2025. I traveled to NYC for a pre-taped interview on MSNBC’s Weekend Primetime to discuss my Pulitzer Prize. I arrived ready to speak about my essays, my life in Gaza, and the mounting losses my wife and I had endured. However, the conversation didn’t start there. That was only the second question I was asked. The months following that interview brought even deeper grief. In August 2025, my wife lost her father in an Israeli strike. Just a month later, Israel killed my second cousin along with his wife and their four young children, aged ten, six, four, and two. Between October 2023 and May 2026, my wife and I lost over a hundred relatives. And we are still asked to humanize our murderers. And still, academic institutions and other bodies continue to penalize and condemn us simply for speaking out against these heinous crimes. Shame on you! I will not bend, I will not bow, and I will not break.

Narrative violation warning: Elders in my Arab village in Israel told me the richest Palestinians sold their land and left first. 80 years later, their grandkids now claim to be displaced victims. I am so allergic to victim mindset. It boils my blood. ~15 million displaced Hindus and Muslims in India-Pakistan around the SAME year. No one is trying to be a victim there. It's time to move on. "You only get to be a victim once. After that, you’re a volunteer."
