Hey @Libratone - was happy with my track+ til it stopped. Customer services initially great, sent replacement but 1 month l8r that broke too (won’t power on). Now #CustomerService doesn’t reply email OR webform OR phone calls. Refs 584004 & 582196 & 579426 - am getting unhappy

@XantheClay If you want crazy accurate weights with known tolerances - or to check the accuracy of your digital scales, search for Calibration Weights. If you decide to stay digital you can use these to check your scale’s accuracy, or for some models to recalibrate the scales themselves.
