You can win every game coaching 5th graders by playing a 2-3 zone because kids can’t throw skip passes. Doesn’t mean you’re good at coaching or developing anything, just means you can exploit the system.
Seems like Chinese Taipei’s little league system is doing something like that because it’s actually hilarious how bad they are at baseball as adults.
