Organic pay-as-you-go revenue grew 20% in 10 days. The counterintuitive part? Total revenue only dropped 24.5%, while volume fell 45%. That gap is the entire story. We'd been serving enormous token volume that looked great on a dashboard but was actively costing us money. Sponsored free tiers, subscription abuse schemes, underwater private deployments, zero-revenue quotas. So we changed that and refocused. Fewer tokens. Fewer GPUs.
