@Kent_cc @KentHighways Good evening, @KentHighways @Kent_cc. Still heard nothing from you regarding the terrible job your staff did of mowing the verges and, in doing so, covering my vehicle in the waste. Common decency suggests you should at least respond to someone when your staff have failed.

@Kent_cc is this the standard of grass cutting and cleaning up you’re satisfied with? Your team have destroyed the verge and left my cat absolutely covered. The whole street is a mess. What will you do about it?

@VueHelp That’s a really poor response, frankly. You know it’s a poor system, you can’t be that deluded. But you’ll hide behind terms and conditions, rather than do the decent thing and provide proper customer service. Very poor.

@UKPowerNetworks say they’ll answer your questions, unless your questions relate to them damaging your equipment then asking you to pay for the repairs, whilst essentially accusing you of lying. Then they’ll wash their hands of you.

Hi @canterburycc, £12.80 to park in St Radigund’s car park yesterday to take my father for a meal and to the Marlowe really is scalping of the worst kind. It’s no surprise the city centre looks and feels dead. You’ve killed off trade with unjustifiably inflated parking fees!

(2) @asda @AsdaServiceTeam we have no food for our children’s packed lunches etc. You have ruined our Sunday entirely and, to add insult to injury, we’ve just been hung up on. Your customer service is dismal and you have just lost a customer. Shameful.
