@GWRHelp when you cancel Didcot trains from Paddington, you make us miss connections. And an hour’s delay repay doesn’t really cut it when you’re on an Elizabeth Line train with a child who needs to pee.

@GWRHelp please stop cancelling the 1820 PAD to Didcot train. The Elizabeth line is not a replacement and we miss our connections to Marlow. The TINY delay-repay refund on a £40 day ticket is not enough for missing bedtime at least once a week or forking out for a taxi.

@GWRHelp any chance of refurbishing the waiting room at Maidenhead, maybe adding some heating? A little heat, paint, and fixing the seats would go a long way to making delays easier on passengers. If you could fix the smell too, that would be amazing.

@JamesSimpsonUK Hi there James, my journey checker is showing the same routes available. What would be the fastest route if it's not showing? I'm not familiar with the route I'm afraid so I can only go off the information provided in our systems - Kyle
