Christianity (and its little sister, Islam, which believes the language of this concept of a creator is Arabic…in light of the thousands of beautiful and rich languages on the planet) really is an insult to whatever majestic being created the universe, if there is indeed one. And images like these below actually solidify the position of atheists or the non-religious…in fact, it is exactly why they are atheists. The sheer majesty and complexity of the universe don’t push atheists or any rational, non-indoctrinated mind, for that matter toward religion…It often does the opposite. It highlights just how implausible and, at times, absurd many religious doctrines appear by comparison.
