I’m reading all the negative comments here. And it’s likely because of the current price action, and the overall crypto market that simply has no new influx, but only people burned out from meme coins and disappointed hopes. But whoever has been around long enough believing and using the tools and standards, will surely see all the progress that has been made. The vision is not fully complete yet. And that’s the reason why it’s not able to take off. You can’t drive a car without the wheels. But also not with only wheels! It needs all the pieces for it to properly function. What we have achieved so far is: ⚙️A fully decentralized network, purely started and run by the people. Yes we never run a validator! 📑 More than 28+ smart contract standards that plug together like lego. They work, and are on some levels more advanced than anything existing on any EVM chain right now. 📱💻 A mobile app and browser extension to use the first fully standardized smart contract account system with any dApp on LUKSO. 🖼️ A universal interface, that not only allows you to see profiles, but also for profiles to host applications. While they can directly indirect with these decentralized profiles and their visitors. And yes, all of this was built with the mindset of real decentralization in mind. The same mindset that we had when building Ethereum and its first applications and tools. Everything is built to be highly universal, unbiased and allow anything. What is missing are only a few pieces, so we can all focus on bringing people in to start using this: 🎞️ A human readable feed to show all the activity that’s currently happening already on @lukso_io, and in the future other blockchains. ⚗️ Some essential mini apps and features, that will allow token and creation, distribution, selling, and holdership verification. This will allow anything from tickets, to fan tokens, to voting tokens and beyond. To be created by anyone who is not technical. 🐛 Some bug fixes, and improvements. With this we have rebuild the foundations of Ethereum in a completely new way. Allowing anyone to create and interact with a new token based social economy, where the meaning of tokens can go beyond what we have seen in the last 10 years in blockchain. And don’t mix it up, this will go far beyond tokens. That’s just the beginning. The story only starts here. Once people see what happens when such fundamental building blocks, build in a fully decentralized way, start to plug together. Things will happen in ways that people can simply just not imagine right now. I have been there and I watched it all from day one. It is hard to be the person who can see vision since years, design and manifest many of those pieces. And then still have people purely judging the work based on the performance of the market. There will be a time where many of you will reflect, and see on which side of the understanding you were at this time. Until then, I advise more kindness to the people who put their sweat and tears every day to make this future happen 🙏🫶 —- If you can’t imagine this future just yet. Then I advise you to take some time and watch this video from 2014, which inspired us to create the first vision a decentralized browser. This vision was the vision of Ethereum which hasn’t been fulfilled yet, because foundational pieces were simply missing. @lukso_io and the new standards are here to bring in those pieces, so we can finally make this vision a reality.
