The mail-in-ballot fraud needs a registrant on the official voter list. The inactive voter is a state term not federal. Federal law only defines voters as eligible or ineligible. One of the bluest counties in the nation just removed the ineligible voters that accounted for the margin of victory from the last gubernatorial election. lol. This is news. big news.
