Hey @vodafone! Engineer just point blank didn't turn up yesterday to connect us. No communication and nothing to say it's being rescheduled so now no Internet for the foreseeable and kinda need it for work, like ASAP. Feels like a pretty bad way to welcome new customers...

Hi @virginmedia, I've been on hold for about 3 hours over 3 calls with 3 different agents trying to sort out my home move. No one seems to be able to help and each time I've been put on a silent hold for over 30 minutes. I need this sorted ASAP. Can you please help
