@united As an anxious flyer, reading that you need to fill quotas rather than hire the best qualified person has me in a full panic attack. So sad for hardworking people of the wrong color who won’t “qualify”. So sad for the right color people and women who are hired just to fill a quota

@united I can see that reading comprehension has reached yet another low... “Train” does not mean “hire.” It simply means that they are encouraging women and POC to apply to the academy. What is wrong with saying that being a pilot is not only for white men?

@united Quotas are illegal. Have your lawyers considered the litigation risks this raises? If a plane crashes because a less qualified pilot candidate was chosen over a more qualified candidate due to your quota system, what will you say to the hundreds of bereaved families?

A few issues here: 1.) China has definitely tested more people for #COVID19 than the United States at this point. 2.) Comparing the number of tests we've run this week to a vague 8-week period for South Korea is misleading. For starters the USA has more than 6x the population.

@USAA I worked for years to build my @AskAmex AMEX CREDIT card up to a limit of 19K. In January I paid it off. As a reward for doing so you lowered my limit to 2500. That’s ridiculous business. Phone help said “it’s computer run, there is nothing we can do”. So ridiculous.

Just watched two sons eat lunch with their elderly mom... and then when they were done .... wrapped their arms in each of her elbows... and gently walk her out to the car talking about how beautiful the days was... helped her take a seat and drove off. Melts my heart.
