Today I learned both there are flights that board at 4:45am and also that my past self would book me on such a trip.

I studied Philosophy at university because I didn't get the grades to do English.💅 I thought it'd be useless. It wasn't. It taught me NUANCE and complexity. To think and listen. 👏In a world of 140 characters never more have we so needed the skills of considered debate👏

Was exploring if we could commit to creating a process/rating criteria that’s more inclusive. We haven’t figured out the mechanism but I’m now confident we have the right focus.

@duanebrown yeah... US is behind! (although some states have mandates now) We upped our flexibility as our team became parents (& grandparents!!!) flexible schedule, flexible environment, paid dr appts for dependents (forgot that, we pay people up to 2 hrs for dr appts, unlimited)
