That's not feasible. I don't like immigrant truck drivers either, but America has never stopped a legal immigrant from owning or operating a business, nor should it. Enforcing the laws, putting these 3rd world operators/owners out of business for not following the rules like we do is what's needed. A proper country enforcing its laws should be able to weed out the bad apples rather quickly, but our government doesn't enforce our laws the way it should. It angers me to no end that many of these foreigners, often illegal, can cause so much damage, even killing people, and be driving again a few months or years later, because instead of imprisoning them (or worse, preferably), our justice system often just deports these drivers, then they just cross back over illegally and get another truck.

Republicans are lying to the American people when they say the SAVE Act is a voter ID law—it’s a proof-of-citizenship requirement that would make voting harder, if not impossible, for a lot of people. Passports are expensive, documents don’t always match, and the process can be a mess (been there). We should be making voting easier, not adding more hurdles. Democrats can own this by proposing their own bill that accepts a range of IDs, and includes automatic voter registration and Election Day as a national holiday for starters.

Ummm @FOX19 - you should inform your news desk that ICE has been completely funded as of July 2025 when Congress passed the One Big Beautiful Bill Act. And they are funded through 2029. Dems can’t defund ICE under any circumstance. DHS programs not funded - TSA, Coast Guard (while we’re at war), FEMA, and Global Entry. Dems are asking for ICE agents to stop wearing face coverings (DHS won’t agree to that) and body cams (DHS has agreed to that) and requiring judicial warrants (a point open to debate). Probably should clean up your reporting.
