Avoid @WayfairUK. Received item in Oct, can now see it has live woodworm infestation. Want to get rid of it ASAP before they infest my floorboards. Returns process not adequate - requires me sourcing own packaging with no help from them. Woodworm likely in other items they sell

@Checkatrade Hi, I know you have replied to my DM but am still waiting for a response to the original email to your customer service team. It's not a guarantee if you can't claim it. Reference number is in the DM please can you reply urgently as we need the money reimbursed to fix the issue.
