@YWHelp Any idea when the holes on Aldam Way in Sheffield might actually be filled in? There has been nobody working on these holes if there is a leak. We had received a letter saying work would be completed by 29th March. Unlikely when you’re not working on the holes.

@TravelSYorks Hi, is there any chance the automatic doors on stand D3 at Pond St can be fixed properly. They don’t open when the bus is on the stand. We can’t activate the door with the unlock button either. This could mean people missing the bus if the doors don’t open properly

@pandocruises Hi, is there a problem with your site? I get so far with the booking and then it buffers and a pink box appears on the page but doesn’t show the error message. Tried on 3 different browsers.

@UKTVPlayHelp Any thoughts on why the U streaming app on my smart TV keeps getting stuck after it’s played ads? It won’t start playing the show. I can’t update the app as it says it’s up to date.

@UKTVPlayHelp I’ve tried logging in and out. That didn’t work. I’ve tried reinstalling the app, also didn’t work. The software on the tv is up to date. My internet network hasn’t changed. The apps were working a few days ago and now they’re not. 😞

@Jen_Rodgers You need to go to the settings of your tv and find "Apps" where you will access to all the apps installed on your TV. Once you located U app, then access the app setting you should be able to clean the cache :)

@UKTVPlayHelp Unfortunately, when I’ve searched our LG is an old model so no clear cache option available.

@Jen_Rodgers We're so sorry to hear that, Jenny. We'll be sure to highlight this with the team, however, via the app, you are able to request a lower down compartment so, even if the courier has put the parcel a little far back, you'll still be able to get it! 💛

Don’t you love it when the @InPostUK driver shoves the parcel so far back in the locker you can’t get it. Try to retrieve it the day after and the courier has the parcel back. Not my fault I can’t collect it!!!

@AmazonHelp my mum has received a notification to say a driver attempted to a deliver a parcel at around 9.44pm. We have had nobody come to the address around this time and have checked our camera to verify this.
