Personal note: our sweet daughter was set apart as a missionary for @Ch_JesusChrist on Tuesday in preparation to serve in Japan, where I also served. Such joy! We love the home MTC (missionary training) experience because we can to participate as a family in supporting her. We feel of the spirit, especially her four younger siblings. Have two daughters serving together…we feel so blessed.

@DakGray @WorldWideWob I also love on my SEG+ that there is a feature to turn on "tracking", which has the puck glow in light blue usually seen when it moves quickly.

I enjoy watching hockey, but this sport will never gain the mainstream popularity it so desperately desires when people watching on TV cant see/tell when the teams score.

@texas_jazz I clicked on your profile and replies, and I'm getting a sense there's a certain player you want the Jazz to draft. 😂

It has to be Dybantsa or Boozer at No. 2 for the Jazz, right?

@5kl I remember being happy that Hot Rod gave him the "player of the game" where Jose was given a $50 gift certificate to somewhere

@Tjonesonthenba Did you get to vote this year on NBA awards? I was hoping there would be at least one vote for Rudy, but I'm biased 😊

He’s a top 10 defender ever and he’s one of two people in the world currently who can do what he did tonight to Nikola Jokic
olsoJ11@jakeolsonoski

@Tjonesonthenba I’ll always respect your takes for how you defend Rudy. Imperfect player overall, one of, if not the best defenders ever. First ballot hof

My son opened his mission call last night. Texas Dallas South. I served in the Texas Houston East mission. Our missions border each other. Just awesome. He leaves July 29th.

@LukeFHan My idea I suggested to my family on Palm Sunday was to leave our clothes on the floor, which was probably a little irreverent

My wife suggested we celebrate cleansing Monday by deep cleaning a room in the house. I suggested we dump out the cash registers and smash the machines at the coffee shop in the nearest megachurch. We're doing hers smh

The Jazz negotiated the soft part of the schedule with mostly bad teams in the Delta Center. Now they play good teams on the road so more of the young guys can play.

@aJAZZfan98 @McCadeP8 honestly same, but the numbers from FB dwarf every other social platform. The olds still use it and there are some pretty sizable communities on there that will click on links

The Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News Utah Jazz beat writers have combined to tweet *one* tweet about the Jazz that wasn't just a link to an article in the last few WEEKS. Quite sad the current state of Jazz coverage.

You know what archaeological evidence excites me most about the Church? The temple, especially the temple drama. Ancient civilizations didn’t just build temples as monuments; they built them with purpose. And inside those temples, they performed sacred dramas with purpose. Usually it was the pharaoh or the king representing all the people as he moved through that ritual space. Sometimes the queen as well. Then you walk into Egypt and see temples that are still 80, 90, even 95 percent intact... walls etched three or four thousand years ago, still there. And you start noticing things. The hand in cupping shape. The king being anointed. Preparation to meet God at the veil. A ritual embrace. Words that sound strikingly similar to what we speak at the veil, what we might call an Abrahamic covenant. When you see that, and you realize you’re participating in something in the temple that is thousands of years old, not something Joseph Smith or Brigham Young just made up, but something ancient, that does something to you.
