My dad’s parents are both Welsh. Their parents were also Welsh. His heritage ties, mostly, to Cardiff. He was born in England, and has lived in England his entire life. My dad is Welsh. It’s as simple as that. My dad will never be English. The Welsh and the English are separate ethnicities. My mother is English. Her ancestors were English, as far as we can date back. Man, this bank holiday weekend nearly broke me, I had a voice in my head saying “no one would know if you just had a session on your own” all weekend! My Mrs and kids are away, some of my friends are in Ibiza & Marbella on holiday on the smash, I’m up to my eyeballs in work, emotions all over the place from the podcast and there is no way of escaping it all! But I got there! All just triggers, mental resilience kicked in, kept buisy, got my 10k run in, golf, swimming, working out, feeling relieved & proud today! Sobriety ain’t no joke 🥴
