I just think people will be rotated in and out namely those I mentioned above based on how each past game went.

So I poo pooed Mangiapane yesterday a bit with my "analytical boat anchor" comment, but one set of numbers did stand out to me, so I did some more digging. I think the Oilers should look at running a middle six of 92-29-88 and 13-28-22, and I'll tell you why. (Source: NST, 5v5, Rates) Podkolzin and Drai are the one pair that he has truly killer numbers with. In just over 50 minutes of play, they generated shots for at a rate of 66%, Goals for of 66%, and expected goals of 64%. They also ran 62.5% of high-danger chances for. Now that he's been benched for a game, If I'm Kris Knoblauch, I'm grouping these three up and seeing what motivated Mangiapane can do with some real skill for a bit of an extended run. This also opens up some interesting options for a third line (a real third line, not a second 4th line). I would look at putting 22-13-28 together. The center will have to be matched by Knoblauch (all three of them can center, but I'd probably look at Savoie and Janmark for primary duties). It's fast, it's defensively aware, and there are at least two guys that can shoot the puck. Janmark can enter and pass with the best of them, the other two will score. Janmark and Savoie will be the defensive anchors of the line as well, where sometimes Roslovic can struggle. That leaves your final lineup looking like: 93-97-18 92-29-88 13-22-28 10-19-42 (when he's healthy) If you look at the gamelogs for the three (88-29-92), whats even more interesting is these results are against real teams, in fact it's been deployed almost exclusively against playoff teams: I say this might be worth another look, and that allows a lot more flexibility for the third line too. It also gives Mangiapane the opportunity he's been looking for. I wonder if the team would do it, I think they should.

@Howard4Hart Marner sucks with McDavid as seen in the four nations. Bedard in for Hagel if wasn’t injured and playing with Hyman and McDavid. Schiefele and Marchand in the lineup. Stone and point sitting. D pairings are interesting but I like the 8. This would win them gold though.
