A huge thanks to everyone who joined us for the Colloquium last week! We had 3 amazing days of scientific exchanges, featuring plenary sessions from Jos Jonkers and Margaret Frame, plus talks from our faculty and students. A highlight was seeing the Northern Lights in Buxton! ✨

Thrilled to present our paper, the culmination of my undergraduate hobby pursuit! We showcase the specificity of NADARs, reversing DNA ADP-ribosylation. Introducing YarT, a non-DarT toxin, and YbiA antitoxin reversing the DNA modification. @IvanAhelLab mdpi.com/2769400

Was such a pleasure to listen to @GilesYeo engaging talk about the genetics of obesity today! I learnt so much despite my little knowledge of the topic and was inspired to communicate science just as well as he did 🧠 Absolutely worth waking up early on a Saturday for!
