Your deceptive chart counts the raw # of reports, which includes multiple reports from the same events and doesn’t disprove the point.
Below more accurately shows the increase large hail events over time in WI.
Btw— the definition of severe hail was updated by NWS in 2010 to >=.75in, so your thresholds are dumb too.

Want to know how I know? 🤔 Because you missed this chart showing the number of large hail reports in Wisconsin since 2000, according to the NOAA Storm Events Database. Can you spot the increase? I cannot. Also, you missed the graphic on the right that shows why negative lapse rate feedback (predicted by climate models) should reduce updraft speeds, which are otherwise critical to hail formation. When it comes to the battle of the wits and facts, you are unarmed.

The statements made by President Trump on Truth Social regarding the Pope were entirely inappropriate and disrespectful. They don’t contribute at all to a constructive conversation. It is the Pope’s prerogative to articulate Catholic doctrine and the principles that govern the moral life. In regard to the concrete application of those principles, people of good will can and do disagree. I would warmly recommend that serious Catholics within the Trump administration–Secretary Rubio, Vice President Vance, Ambassador Brian Burch, and others–might meet with Vatican officials so that a real dialogue can take place. This is far preferable to the statements on social media.
I am very grateful for the many ways that the Trump administration has reached out to Catholics and other people of faith. It has been a high honor to serve on the Religious Liberty Commission. No President in my lifetime has shown a greater dedication to defending our first liberty. All that said, I think the President owes the Pope an apology.

In response to the DOJ’s letter, a spokesperson for @AGJayJones sent me the following statement.
“This threat is a distortion of the very purpose of the Office of Civil Rights, abandoning the protection of the disenfranchised in favor of keeping weapons of mass murder on the streets. In a letter to @GovernorVA, the Department of Justice says if Virginia enacts certain bills that they deem violate the Second Amendment, the DOJ will sue Virginia. The letter specifically mentions SB749 that would would make it a Class 1 misdemeanor for anyone to sell, purchase, or transfer an assault firearm with exceptions. Plus, the bill would also make it illegal to sell, transfer or purchase a high-capacity magazine capable of holding more than 15 rounds of ammunition, with some exceptions.

This is the kind of Orwellian doublespeak we expect from the Left, not our own party. The reality is that under the current system, illegal aliens ARE being deported. We are not living under an amnesty regime, and it’s dishonest to say we are. Our only objective right now should be to speed up deportations by equipping ICE and DHS with the funding and resources they need. The DIGNIDAD Act does the opposite. It would give legal status to 12 million illegal aliens, while hamstringing deportation efforts for the rest. That’s amnesty and it’s everything voters rejected last fall.
