The latest ORR results are in, @SW_Help will be bowing out in May on a performance low: Delays UP 41% (Q3 vs. Q2) Cancellations UP 29% Delay attribution: Network Rail 68.6% / SWR 27.2% traincrew related UP by a staggering 55% Passengers are paying for failure @Heidi_Labour

@Sillyshib Had similar situation but as tenant. Had rented for 5 years, maintained property and garden. Landlord put rent up by £400 per month. Moved out. 7 months later they asked me to come back as they couldn’t find a tenant! Didn’t move back in. There is value in a reliable tenant.

Estate agent saying we should put the rent up for our tenant. £300 per month because we haven’t put it up in 4 years. Have her wages gone up by £3500? I doubt it. It’s a no from me. And less commission for them 😂
