My Screen replacement warranty is being denied after my touch stopped working.
I had done a paid screen replacement (Rs 18,892) for my Samsung S23 Ultra on January 6, 2026 and was given a 3 months warranty.
Now they are giving dent on my frame as the reason for warranty denial which was already present before my paid screen replacement.
I tried getting a resolution by contacting Samsung Customer Care but my warranty is being denied.
I am being shamelessly asked to repay for the replacement.
I am utterly disappointed. I wasn't expecting such mental anguish for being a loyal Samsung Customer.
I am getting a lot of metal pressure due to this ordeal. I believe consumer court will be my last resort if I don't get my intended resolution.
