This is an issue in NYC, London, San Fran, etc. Some cities are requiring a certain % of apartments to be set aside for everyday working people (not homeless)...nurses, police, etc

@southevropa Resorting to name calling. Hope you feel good about yourself. Retirees in Portugal have to pay tax on their worldwide income, incl 401k draws, SS income, interest, plus VAT. etc. Tourist pay a 23% VAT. Not to mention econonic activity they create. That's adds alot to GDP.
