After seeing a post on it yesterday, I’ve looked more deeply into Anthropic’s purchasing and destruction of millions of used books. They spent tens of millions of dollars acquiring and destroying books to train their AI model, Claude. They knew, from the beginning that it would be unpopular. They knew what they were doing, was wrong. An internal memo from 2024 stated: “Project Panama is our effort to destructively scan all the books in the world.” “We don’t want it to be known that we are working on this.” Why used books? Companies like Anthropic and Meta found it impractical to gain permission from authors and publishers to use their work. So instead, they stole their work to train their product through mass purchases of used books and through pirating them from the internet. The authors of these works, didn’t receive a dime for their efforts. These companies stole the hard won literary talent of others to train machines to replace the victims of their theft. Anthropic cofounder Ben Mann personally downloaded countless books for this purpose from LibGen, a book pirating website. When a new book piracy website debuted in 2022, Mann sent an email sharing the link with his employees stating: “just in time!!!” Meta employees were wary about the piracy of books, with one engineer writing, “Torrenting from a corporate laptop doesn’t feel right.” Anthropic purchased millions of books, in batches of tens of thousands from Better World Books and U.K.-based World of Books. They then used a “hydraulic powered cutting machine” to slice off the spines of these books before scanning them. Finally, the remains of these books were picked up for recycling. Feel free to use AI, it’s a free country. But remember that, if you use Claude, that Anthropic has committed a great wrong, and they knew that they were doing it from the beginning. Below is an image, from a court case, of a warehouse full of used books, that instead of being held and read by you and your children, have been destroyed forever. AI is inevitable, but spend your money on the companies who do good, and do not knowingly commit evils. May the most moral company win.

Confirmation of Anthropic’s BOOK BURNING for their AI: The Great Forgetting of the Amnesia Generation In the quiet warehouses and shipping docks of 2024, Anthropic did not merely train an AI. It staged a quiet erasure of human knowledge. While the public was still dazzled by Claude’s fluent paragraphs and polished marketing emails, the company’s engineers and logistics teams were busy executing Project Panama—an internal campaign whose own documents announced the ambition to “destructively scan all the books in the world.” The method was industrial and irreversible: buy the physical volume SOMETIMES THE LAST COPY, slice its SPINE with a hydraulic cutter, feed the pages through high-speed scanners, then pulp what remained. Millions of books: scientific research, novels, rare technical treatises, obscure monographs, volumes that had already survived wars, fires, and decades of handling—were reduced to data tokens and then to wet mulch or burned. They literally burn the evidence of this crime against humanity. The company itself preferred the darkness. “We don’t want it to be known that we are working on this,” the planning memos warned. A federal judge later blessed the slaughter. Because Anthropic had purchased the copies and then destroyed them, the court held, the act was “transformative” fair use. Ownership plus obliteration equaled permission. The ruling handed every subsequent AI lab a legal license to treat the printed past as disposable feedstock. That license is now being exercised at industrial scale. In 2026, companies like ISBNdb openly market pre-2022 books as the last pure reservoir of human language—text uncontaminated by the synthetic sludge that large language models themselves have already poured into the open web. Orders arrive for tens or hundreds of thousands of titles at a time. Non-disclosure agreements are standard. The preferred language is “digital preservation.” The actual outcome is the same mechanical process Anthropic refined: spine cut, pages scanned, original shredded. Rare and near-unique copies are disappearing into the same pipeline. Booksellers across continents report sudden, strange bulk orders for specialized, low-demand titles that no ordinary collector would ever buy in volume. Once the pages are gone, they are gone forever. A website can be re-uploaded. A bestseller can be reprinted. The last three surviving copies of an eighteenth-century botanical text cannot. This is not progress. It is the Great Forgetting. An entire generation of machines is being taught to speak by consuming and then discarding the physical record of human thought. The companies that profit from the resulting fluency call the process necessary, legal, and even enlightened. They speak of curated knowledge and domain-specific expertise while the spines crack and the paper is carted away. Anthropic did not invent the hunger for data, but it demonstrated openly in private documents and then under court seal how far a well-funded laboratory was willing to go to satisfy it, and how readily the law would ratify the destruction. Just to gain a temporary AI benchmark advantage. The amnesia is already here. Future models will generate elegant sentences to beat Al sorts of tests about history, science, and literature. They will do so on the ashes of the books that once contained those sentences. The generation that built these systems will leave its children fluent machines and emptier shelves. That is the real product of Project Panama and its successors: not intelligence, but a carefully engineered cultural void, papered over with synthetic prose and non-disclosure agreements. We are left to forget to remember. We are The Amnesia Generation with our brains being put into a meat grinder and fed back to us.

We are appealing this back to the Supreme Court.  The Second Circuit ruled this way last year and the Supreme Court vacated it and told them to try again. They decided to again violate the rights of the Amish. So, we will be going back to the Supreme Court. Also, yes, the Amish children in this case are far healthier than American children who are vaccinated. Our sworn papers make that clear that the families in the three Amish schools at issue in this case have a total of 168 unvaccinated children (no vaccines) and that none of these children have any of the chronic health issues that plague children in the United States. We also provided sworn expert evidence attesting that among a random sample of 168 U.S. children, one would expect to find (based on the background rate of chronic disease among U.S. children) 31 cases of environmental allergies, 15 cases of ADHD, 10 cases of asthma, 9 cases of food allergies, and 4 cases of ASD. Yet, the 168 unvaccinated Amish children whose families New York wants to persecute are free from the chronic health conditions—all related to some form of immune system dysregulation—that plague the vaccinated communities in New York. Since vaccination is supposedly about improving health, and the Amish who do not vaccinate are clearly healthier, one would expect New York to leave them alone. But that is not how this religion works. The vaccine zealots in New York cannot stand that the Amish refuse to abandon their beliefs in favor of the religious beliefs held by the New York officials regarding vaccines. These “health” officials are willing to sacrifice the way of life and belief system of these Amish children and their community, that has kept them far healthier, if they refuse to bend the knee to adopt cult-like vaccine beliefs. These “health” officials also apparently cannot stand that the Amish children are healthier and are even willing to wage war against them until they submit and receive every vaccine New York demands—so they can be just as “healthy” as all the children outside the Amish community. The Amish earnestly seek to avoid conflict but because violating their sincerely held religious beliefs is not an option, they have been placed in the impossible position of being required to leave New York to simply send their healthy children to Amish schools on Amish land. We, along with co-counsel, intend to continue litigate on behalf of the Amish to defend their freedom to practice their religion in peace.

Beyond terrible. The Government is forcing the Amish Community…the healthiest unvaccinated control group left on Earth…to take ‘vaccines’ because nothing threatens the narrative like living proof that you don’t need them…

Weird how the police aren’t rushing to catch the guy who committed fraud while pretending to be Shiloh Hendrix, but dragged her through the mud for years over a single word. Almost as if the justice system ignores non-White crime.

The public should know. Not because I say so. Because this was their courthouse. Their Constitution. Their justice system. The media asked to televise the trial. I said yes. The State said no. Read that again. A case built around a recording. A woman prosecuted because of what was captured on video. Yet when the public asked to watch the trial itself, the State fought to keep the cameras out. Why? What exactly was the public not supposed to see? I argued—on the record—for transparency. Not for publicity. Transparency. I argued that the people of Rochester, the citizens of Olmsted County, the people of Minnesota, and every American should be allowed to watch the process. To see the witnesses. To hear the arguments. To watch the rulings. To decide for themselves whether justice was done. The answer? DENIED! Yep. Think about the contradiction. A camera in a park becomes the centerpiece of a criminal prosecution. A camera in a courtroom becomes unacceptable. One camera is welcomed. The other is feared. One camera used for a $340,000 shakedown and the other feared. One used to convict a woman for protected speech. The other feared. Justice is not a private club. It does not belong to judges. It does not belong to prosecutors. It belongs to the people. Public confidence is not built by asking citizens to trust the system. It is built by letting them watch it. Sunlight is uncomfortable. So is accountability. If a courtroom cannot withstand the scrutiny of the citizens it serves, then we have a much larger conversation to have than the outcome of a single case. The people were told to trust the process. I asked that they be allowed to see it. Those are not the same thing. It is time to wake the fuck up.

We hate having to call cops out - but when you're wrong, you're wrong. A Midland police officer pepper-sprayed a seated citizen inside City Hall who was requesting paperwork. Vicente Jimenez III went to Midland City Hall on July 2 to request a Notice of Claim form. He spent roughly 30 minutes speaking with Strategic Communications Director Stewart Doreen. Video shows him seated and speaking without raising his voice or becoming violent. Officer Sanchez arrived, ordered him to leave, pulled him from the chair when he asked for her supervisor, warned him, and then deployed pepper spray inside the public building. A second officer handcuffed him outside, took his phone, and he was transported to the hospital while expressing concern about his heart condition and the extreme heat. He was later released with no charges after officials reviewed the footage. There was no identified crime. No charges. A citizen asking his government for paperwork ended up sprayed, cuffed, and hospitalized. On behalf of the largest police news outlet in the world... the is BS. This use of force was unjustified. Officer Sanchez should be fired. The second officer who assisted in the handcuffing and phone seizure should also face disciplinary charges. #MidlandTX #Insanity

SHOCKING mRNA BIODISTRIBUTION AND PREGNANCY EMAILS FOUND INAPPROPRIATELY FILED IN MIDST OF FAUCI PRIZES DOSSIER.... I have discovered a smoking gun (I don't use that kind of hyperbole usually), seemingly HIDDEN in the midst of the dossier focused on Fauci's desire to win science awards. The entire document is awards, awards, awards....and then I just stumbled across three or four completely off topic, incredibly damning emails. Feb 8 2021 Dr Drew Wiseman emails Fauci "I have been working with a maternal fetal researcher and we observed that using a dose 100 fold higher than human doses and administered intravenously (both common practices in biodistribution studies) THE LNP mRNA's GO TO THE PLACENTA AND FETUS measured by the translation of the mRNA and CAUSE AN IMMUNE RESPONSE IN THE AMNIOTIC FLUID In non pregnant mice the OVARIES AND UTERUS take up the mRNA and translate the mRNA." On 8th March Weisman emails Fauci again and says: "Here is the human dose IM (intramuscular - the way the mRNA was administered to humans). WE STILL HAVE SOME CONCERN OVER THE DATA Weissman is admitting that the preclinical data (which the government later cited as proof of "safety") was actually generating internal concern at the highest levels. On March 2 2021 Karin Bok (NIH) writes to Emily Erbelding, sharing a copy of an email she had written to John Mascola (NIH). In it she states: *she has no concerns about the study showing systemic biodistribution of the LNP/mRNA complex calling it typical of other vaccines too in mice studies *it makes sense that the mRNA would be found in the PLACENTA *she was a member of the ACIP (vaccine advisory committee) that gave permissive recommendations for the Covid mRNA injectables to be used in pregnancy. *the assumption that the mRNA injectable stays in the arm at the site of injection is VERY INCORRECT *Subject Matter Experts (ESPECIALLY OBYGYN) involved in advisory capacities were AWARE the mRNA "might" reach the fetus. *the only discussion (their only concern) was a discussion around the possibility of the vaccinal mRNA INTEGRATING INTO THE NUCLEAR DNA *All vaccines administered to pregnant women historically have been found safe for mother and baby, so when we recently discussed pregnancy and the J&J vaccine, there was no concern, they recommended its use also unanimously All this internal conversation about the knowledge that the mRNA DID NOT stay in the arm....and DID cross the PLACENTA, while the whole world was told "the mRNA stays only in the Deltoid muscle where it is injected" see pg 156 - 159 paul.senate.gov/wp-content/upl…

The system is rigged against you. If a case with as much national attention as Shiloh Hendrix still gets screwed over, imagine what they’re doing to Joe six pack who is forced to use a public defender because all his money goes to paying for a Somali’s section 8?

Shiloh Hendrix's lawyer says that on top of committing blatant felony perjury, the not one, but TWO Somali translators were nothing but a tactic for Shire Jimale to evade answering any questions under cross-examination. Says he spoke English with the prosecutors just fine.

What Shiloh Hendrix's lawyer is reporting here is concerning. He raises many concerning issues, but what stands out to me most is that the judge repeatedly left the bench, interrupted him, or talked over him every time he tried to make a record. The fact that it happened over and over suggests that she understood he was trying to preserve an appellate issue and she didn't want him to create a detailed record about what evidence she had excluded and why the defence believed those rulings were wrong. Once or twice would be one thing, but when it happened every time, it comes across like she was trying to systematically prevent the defence from creating the paper trail that would be needed to challenge those rulings on appeal. I understand that Shiloh's team is working on getting the transcript of the trial made available, but it is extremely expensive, so please consider making a donation to (see pinned post on Tom Hennessy's page) to help get this done so we can have some transparency about what went on in the courtroom.
