3 years ago today I went for my pre op to remove my tumour and thyroid and I asked the dreaded question, will I sing again after this? I was told I had an 85% chance of never singing again. Well fast forward 3 years, and tonight this gals singing at the OVO HYDRO 🥲💙

@loveholidays absolutely disgusting. I have done nothing but praise the support you had initially given on holiday however after promising to refund our return flight home as I am now £3000+ out of pocket as your flight team wouldn’t refund us, I was told on the phone that (1/2)

@MOSSSITO @qatarairways They have refused us, I have asked on multiple occasions. We’re in Thailand and they aren’t re-booking us only rescheduling. Do you think I’d have paid nearly £3K to get home if they were giving me that option? 🤣🤣

@qatarairways is a shambles of a company. 4th cancelled flight with again absolutely no communication. Stranded in Thailand and god knows when I’ll get home. They have now cancelled my flight to Doha - but kept my flight Doha to Edinburgh - oh aye that makes sense.

@Dr_Gavin_Brewis Even with phoning they advised no re routing etc. Only re-schedule. Dunno if it’s cause Qatar were the last to sort relief flights. We physically can’t wait until the end of the month and with no confirmed date we just took the hit so we can get home and make money again x

Home (well, to Dublin). What a relief. Have never seen so many people panicking or crying throughout a flight. Nearly 10 hours for what is usually about 7 and a half hours. But anyway, feels great to be home and alive. 😆

@Dr_Gavin_Brewis They’ve cancelled us again and now saying end of the month. We can’t do that so I’ve paid best part of £3K to get home now, absolute nightmare but Reece doesn’t get paid if he doesn’t work and I’ve already lost a fortune in gigs - thank god my actual job pays still x

@Jodsx That was us at the third week so hopefully you are sorted out rapid now. Tell ye what though, make sure ye get a good drink for the plane. Never felt it so tense. Get home safe. X

Oh aye let’s just fly to fucking Doha on a magic carpet. If you’re cancelling my flight to get me there what on earth makes you think I’ll be able to make the second flight ??? This is horrific. No contact to advise either.

@bedders_01 @qatarairways @qrsupport Were the same, but Thailand. I’m having to pay all my own accommodation they won’t support us as we aren’t actually in Doha it’s just a layover. Sickening.

@qatarairways @qrsupport @qatarairways I have now had 3 flights cancelled. My flight now has been moved again but my wife and i now have no accommodation in Sydney due to this. You are telling us not to go to the airport how can I get a hotel sorted if I can’t speak to anyone at the airport?

@UKinIndia @Lindy_Cameron We are stranded in India with nowhere to go, and no money to spend due to Emirates cancellations. Our flights have been delayed on several occasions now and forecasted until 12 March. We cannot sustain this. We require assistance ASAP.

@Dr_Gavin_Brewis @emirates @EmiratesSupport @KLM @British_Airways Nah didn’t take a refund. We are Qatar airways they reschedule us but it gets cancelled each day so pointless. Now we’re rebooked for the 10th but again I can see that getting cancelled. Flight prices are horrific. Cheapest way to get home was over 56 hours and 7 stops.

I seen there are two flights from Bangkok in the next few days to London for 2k. So a thousand each. But we don't even have a flight to get there from here.

@Dr_Gavin_Brewis @emirates @EmiratesSupport @KLM @British_Airways We’re stranded in Thailand - having to foot the bill of everything ourselves because we’re in a safe country however insurance won’t cover anything because it’s due to war. £400+ spent already.

@emirates @EmiratesSupport continue to leave us stranded. They have not once offered a different route or anything other than a refund which we have refused because there are no other routes available. Can any other airline pick up their mess? @KLM @British_Airways ?
