B/c it for damn sure not helping you. Just a lil observation I see with these trainers putting up film. Guys are popping up and the trainer not saying anything. Bad footwork and the trainer saying good job💀💀...That means he doesn’t fully understand what goes into the position.

If your trainer has you flippin your hips and opening the gate at the point of attack, I’m sorry you are being taught bad technique. You will get beat deep every time. Stop listening to these people that can’t teach the position. They out here doing it for likes and followers.
