I’m going to be one of those people that posts pictures and workout times. It feels insufferable to me. But I mean, nothing else has worked. I’m going for 20k steps, weight lifting a few times a week, and carnivore diet. Gotta lose 60.

@GeoffNorcott @U2 Everything since 2000 has been completely forgettable. The Rolling Stones have been going 20 years longer with arguably stronger recent output. Bowie may have had a difficult middle period, but a 50 year career capped by a true stunner.
