The terrorist attack at Old Dominion shows what may happen when the justice system fails — the gunman was given a light sentence and let out early, and the person who sold the shooter the weapon was never charged for past federal gun crimes. NEWSMAX Crime Correspondent @JasonMattera has more on “Wake Up America.”

This is a HUGE development in one of the cases we're supporting. Austin’s Soros-funded DA has relentlessly pursued Officer Chance Bretches for YEARS—destroying his career and finances while a possible 99-year prison sentence has loomed over him for actions he KNEW were completely lawful. Turns out Garza has been hiding exculpatory evidence ALL ALONG.
Doug OConnell@DouglasOConnell

BOMBSHELL MOTION FILED – AUSTIN DA JOSE GARZA CAUGHT IN 3-YEAR COVER-UP Travis County DA’s office secretly planned to INDICT THE CITY OF AUSTIN for APD’s actions during the 2020 riots…then hid the entire scheme when they botched the statute of limitations.   Instead of disclosing this explosive exculpatory evidence to indicted Officer Chance Bretches (and the public), they buried it – while prosecuting junior line officers who followed orders and used the defective bean bag rounds issued by the city. Evidence of an un-indicted co-defendant or an alternative suspect is always required to be disclosed to the Defense and ensures a fair trial. Sworn affidavits from former Assistant City Manager Bruce Mills and ex-Council Member Mackenzie Kelly prove it: multiple secret meetings with Garza himself, negotiations to make the City “take accountability” in exchange for dropping cop charges, then total radio silence to the defense. This isn’t a mistake. It’s deliberate. It violates Brady, the Michael Morton Act, the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure, the Disciplinary Rules, and the Court’s own orders.  Our motion demands DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE – and lays out the DA’s patter of misconduct towards law enforcement (sanctions in other cop cases + witness tampering allegations included).    No other remedy protects the defendant’s rights. And no Judge can ever be sure that all of the evidence will ever be disclosed as required by law.    Full 20-page Motion to Dismiss + Exhibits (Mills Decl., Kelly Decl., prior sanctions order) attached. Read it. Share it. This is how “justice” actually looks in Travis County.    #AustinPD #JoseGarza #ProsecutorialMisconduct #DueProcess RT if you believe cops deserve fair trials too. 🔥  emerald-malorie-91.tiiny.site

Imagine for a moment…you are driving around at work and you are shot for no reason other than your profession. That is exactly what happened to a brave Chicago PD Sgt who was shot last night simply driving in his patrol car. The Sgt was struck in the leg and able to self transport to the hospital, thankfully expected to make a full recovery. The dirtbag who shot the Sgt has been taken into custody. This is the reality for law enforcement in 2026 in America…shot simply for the uniform we wear. It’s despicable…

Please keep the brave Baltimore (MD) police officer who was shot this afternoon responding to a hostage situation, in your thoughts and prayers. The dirtbag opened fire on the officer upon arriving on the scene, SWAT was called out and they were able to neutralize the miscreant…permanently. Yet another stark reminder that the War on Cops continues to rage in our streets, with no signs of slowing down.

So let me get this straight…. We have terrorists hurling bombs at police officers in broad day light… Police Officers are being assassinated in our streets… We are seeing record numbers of police officers shot… And Democrats are withholding funding from the DHS, while Republicans simultaneously refuse to move the “Protect and Serve Act” out of Judiciary Committee for a vote. It has never been more blatantly obvious these career politicians ON BOTH SIDES don’t care about police officers one bit…what a joke.

Horrific news out of Pennsylvania… Pennsylvania State Trooper Timothy O’Connor was murdered last night, while conducting a traffic stop. As Corporal O’Connor approached the vehicle, the coward opened fired, killing him. The dirtbag then exited the vehicle and shot himself, dying on scene. Please keep the Trooper’s family, friends, and co-workers in your thoughts and prayers. RIP hero…we will take it from here.

The NYPD Bomb Squad has conducted a preliminary analysis of a device that was ignited and deployed at a protest yesterday and has determined that it is not a hoax device or a smoke bomb. It is, in fact, an improvised explosive device that could have caused serious injury or death. Further analysis will be conducted, including on a second device. Emir Balat and Ibrahim Kayumi were arrested on scene yesterday and are in custody in connection with this matter. The NYPD is working on this investigation with our partners at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York and the FBI through our Joint Terrorism Task Force. I want to again thank the brave members of the NYPD who ran towards the danger without hesitation and quickly apprehended the suspects.

As a police officer of over 20 years, I am well versed and have a vast experience eating doughnuts. I tried @parlordoughnuts today and I can comfortably say they are the best doughnuts in Houston…I will die on this hill.

In yet another horrific night for law enforcement, 2 officers were shot last night. Please keep the Pasadena (CA) PD officer and Volusia (FL) County deputy in your thoughts and prayers. Both are stable and expected to recover from their wounds. The dirtbag in Pasadena was neutralized permanently by officers on scene and miscreant from Volusia was caught shortly after the shooting. Last night is a stark reminder of the dangers the brave men and women of law enforcement face everyday. To all officers, stay safe out there and watch each other’s backs!

The monthly report of officers shot from @GLFOP is out and the news isn’t good. There have already been 62 officers shot in America….that is a 7% increase over last year and last year was the second highest number of officers shot in the last decade or so. The statistics are undeniable…the War on Cops continues to rage. The violence we see towards law enforcement is a stain on our society and an embarrassment to our nation. Congress needs to act now and pass the “Protect and Serve Act”!
