$LQDA So I was talking to some legal folks regarding the case and from what I've heard the Judge gets mad when people have rushed him for previous rulings and in those cases he often stalls Andrews it out even longer just to spite them.

Inclusive of those 100 'pledgers' I have a grand total of less than 2600 subscribers (these are mostly free until I turn on paid only in April)...From my experience in the consumer software space, this will convert at an average of 2.5%) ...This suggests that I will get 65 paid subs if/when I turn on the paid switch. At $19 monthly, that values all my work at $1300 per month. So this presents a conundrum...I can't turn on the 'paid' switch for only $1300 per month (I would be commited to the few that pledged LifeTime memberships) , as I am putting in 10-14 hour days trying to educate investors from my mistakes, and methodologies.... I know my content is worth WAY more than I am charging, and that it is being valued at. I also know that I am followed by a shit-ton of FinTwit influencers....I ask for everyone's help here (Help me, help you.) . 1) You can help by ReTweeting posts that help introduce people to my acumen, and or Substack. 2) We can partner and exchange Substack content (I'm looking at YOU fundamental guys who could partner with a T/A guy like me...we could promote each other's Substacks....Finally as a whore who needs to make this work soon, or fold I can offer a financial incentive for those in a position to help me promote the launch of my paid service....This could be in the form of a discount to YOUR followers, or a % cut for recommending me to your followers, or can simply be a % cut donated to a charity of your choosing for helping promote this with me. Some have speculated that $LQDA earnings will be tomorrow AM. Anyone else see that anywhere? I think they've been waiting as long as they can to hopefully have the decision in the rearview.
