I strongly condemn the reported remarks by Hon. Kangogo Bowen against @TimKipchumba . Calling someone “the stupidity and the agendaless open mouthed fool” is not leadership. There is nothing honorable in such conduct. It is shameful, abusive, and wholly unbecoming of a senior Member of Parliament, my own Member of Paraliament, Elected by own people and the Chairperson of the National Assembly’s Departmental Committee on Blue Economy, Water and Irrigation. But kuna kitu inaitwa "Remission" In Kenya, remission allows prisoners to reduce their jail time for good behavior. For example, someone sentenced to 15 years who behaves well could serve only 2/3 of their sentence,about 10 years,before being released. Remission rewards positive conduct and helps with rehabilitation.
