@gotrice2024 I don’t know were you got the information about the estimate, all the worker said was that they finished the job in one month, costumer paid half the agreed amount and the other half will be paid when the job was done, but he refused to pay and told him to do whatever he wanted.

These workers spent the last day and a half redoing a roof that was leaking, missing shingles and in overall terrible shape. Every time they took off a section of shingles they noticed more and more unseen damages. So they had to constantly redo the estimate. By the time they got done, the estimate was almost twice the original quoted amount and the owner refused to pay, was it the contractors fault the house was in so poor condition and needed so much work? Should he have done a better job of estimating or was the damage foreseen be the owner more than likely knew about it?

So in the new CNN footage, it is quite clear that the officer did not walk up to the front of the car. When Good backs up the car, it places him in the front and would give him very good reason to believe she was aiming at him as the car guns forward.
