I can tell you with first hand knowledge (this happened repeatedly), the S&T folks would get favorable test data and then decide fall into a what if loop, I worked on tech that absolutely crushed it during its three rounds of testing, but everyone shop you brought it to for potential adoption would ultimately decide, nope we didn't do that test we need to do our own. S&T wants funding and they use evaluations to drive more money into their coffers, not implement solutions.

I have had a Tesla 3 for 4 months, I have yet to have to wait in line for a charger. Most time at least 50% of the charges have been available at any stop I've made to recharge. I really appreciate how they've been positioned at stops that have well maintained properties, food and services.

Show me your Tier One ships, specifically the 20 Pakistani ships. Just to be clear, Pakistan does not have 20 flagged ships stuck in the Persian Gulf, let alone 20 Pakistani tankers. Where are all these ships that you are discussing? The only outbound ships is Noxen and that is a sanctioned tanker that loaded at Kharg. I am not sure how your example of Al-Salmi is viable as there was no indication that ship was trying to run the Strait. You also leave out an important issue that paying the Iranian government any toll, puts a company in jeopardy of sanctions from the US and other nations for doing business with them. Also, your comment about oil flowing is not accurate, unless you mean Iranian oil.
