The comments from the Treasurer that this is a 'social media scare campaign' and is 'misinformation and rage bait' is incredibly disappointing. At no point has there been any engagement by Treasury or Govt on changing the CGT regime for all assets. That’s the problem - not the reaction pointing out the foreseeable impacts from a change which will undermine specific policy decisions to grow the venture and startup system over the last 25 years

"The LLMs will be able to do what your SaaS does in a couple months." I hear that all the time. Not so fast for specific vertical applications or use cases. Take InvestorMatch for example. It uses AI but has tons of specific logic on top of the AI results to structure the DB, elliminate hallucinations, etc. In fact 450,000 lines of code specific to the use case. IMO the LLMs will never get good enough at specific use cases like this to do the job.
