I think this would have been my favorite run of the trip but I didn’t see those sets of metal cables until after I chose my line which stopped me in my tracks.
Unfortunately it was the last run of the trip… still the best week of skiing I’ve ever experienced

I think people need to understand how carefully they need to tread with state regulators, pissing on them and telling them they're on fire, may not be the best strategy (I'll post a full article on this next week).
@Schuetzinc has pointed out many times in the past that regulators have a wide berth (if they want to use it) in determining licensing suitability.

It’s far better to incentives them with shares and buy back stock with your cash to offset the dilution - like cmon man.

Any acquisition should ‘add value’ to the org, eventually offsetting the dilution. Also give them shares vs cash so more incentive to improve the stock price..
