This is all well and good but I hope the Governor understands that there’s a misalignment of incentives between him, the organization he leads, Ugandans at large and the Members of parliament.
These conversations about inflation, monetary policy etc just fly over MPs’ heads.
They believe the state will always collect taxes and they’ll always get flown out for treatment.

🤔 my party, @nup_ug, protects individuals based on surname rather than principle.
@hebobiwine has elevated his brother, nyanzi ssentamu, into the “salim sale of nup” despite his allegations on:
- sexual harassment
- party ticket sales
- betrayal
- extortion
- intimidation…etc
now both people have unchecked power & many members/leaders know the truth but they fear to speak truth to power and the online mob insults. it’s still a few of us who can openly reject this bs amidst insults. if i seguya, was the one doing the same, i would have been fired long time. nyanzi has the surname immunity!!!🤯
since 2021, we are still waiting for the nup sexual harassment report. transparency is our principle but the report is kept in secrecy because of the name, ssentamu. whoever attempts to raise these concerns, they will be gaslighted or called a mole in order to to silence them. we have a lot of mess to clean in out backward. folks selectively criticizing nyanzi are a bunch of hypocrites and cowards, who chose to walk on eggshells! all politicians can disappoint, bobi wine is held captive & a lot is happening on his watch….post is getting too long 🤣 maybe i need to write an op-ed!!!
