@Capt_Fishpaste You’re overstating “the model” constantly. It’s a means to an end. The measures by which fans are satisfied are points on the board, quality of football and effort. This tiresome, deadline day Twitter tap dance will be long forgotten if Sunderland make the playoffs again.

Said it before but this is where #SAFC will always suffer a disconnect with supporters over ‘the model’. Fans have a ‘win now’ mindset, club still in a ‘build now’ one. Going to cause problems.
