@TheS_Resource @SmigBWR It’s a difficult one however to counter your point, fair playing time isn’t just about equal time. By age 12-13 it is competitive, children are aware of winning and losing and see who in their team works hard & who doesn’t - particularly when the team doesn’t have the ball.

@SmigBWR you’ve hit on such an important point. The heart of the debate isn’t just minutes played, it’s about the experience those minutes create. Competition can be healthy but not when it replaces care, belonging, or opportunity. Equal playing time isn’t just about fairness, it’s about learning, confidence, and keeping children in love with the game for the long term (life). ⚽️💛

@Tyler7Smith I think the issue is less the blue Spirograph pattern but more the ‘piss yellow’ colour. If it was a brighter yellow like prior years I think it would look much better…
