Two hundred and fifty-eight days later, she still hasn’t exposed a conspiracy, uncovered a cover-up, or produced the smoking gun she promised. Instead, she’s still rattling the bars of the same cage, demanding access to a dead man’s private wishes as though persistence can magically transform entitlement into a right.
Charlie’s will was not drafted for public consumption. His succession plans were not a community theater production. Any private video he left behind was not addressed to every self-appointed investigator roaming the internet with a flashlight, a microphone, and a superiority complex.
What’s remarkable is the vanity of it all. An entire worldview balanced on the assumption that a widow, a family, a board, and a company owe explanations to someone who no longer works there. As though every sealed drawer in another person’s life must be pried open because curiosity has mistaken itself for authority.
After 258 days, the obsession says far more than the video ever could. Not every unanswered demand is evidence of a cover-up. Sometimes it’s simply a reminder that other people’s private affairs are none of your business, no matter how desperately you believe they should be.

Talarico has a nasty battle ahead of him, but everything that needed to happen for Democrats to turn Texas blue has happened. The economy is shit, Trump’s approval is cratering, and the GOP is nominating the worst possible candidate for the general election. At minimum, Republicans are going to spend a small fortune defending a state Trump won by 14%.
