A bottled water station has been opened at Headcorn Aerodrome, Shenley Road TN27 9HX for customers in the area to pick up a supply of drinking water.

@tonyblackburn @Ofcom I have come to the conclusion you just like trying to wind people up why can’t the BBC put the archived material on BBC sounds the BBC have trashed Local Radio and BBC radio 2 now that they have competition from @BoomRadioUK they have possibly realised their mistake too late BBC

I’m still hoping that @Ofcom will reverse its decision and let BBC Radio2 extra go ahead and bring you a radio station unlike any other and all the archive that we have paid for to be heard and not wasting away on a shelf. Commercial radio is aloud to put on radio stations without all the red tape but the BBC are stopped from doing so, even on its own app @BBCSounds I find this quite ridiculous. I hope someone somewhere realises this is totally unfair.

I have great respect for David Hamilton and Simon Bates but to say that they took on Vengeful BBC and won and ⁦@BBCRadio2⁩ is a spin-off is just untrue. How can it be a spin off when we were first there. Our station would be nothing like theirs, let the listeners decide.

@tonyblackburn @Ofcom @BBCRadio2 Give it a rest Tony, I have said many times the BBC deserted us Boomers and didn't listen to our complaints, now they have serious competition from @BoomRadioUK they have been made to sit up, but it's too late. Not only that but they have completely trashed @BBCLOCALRADIO.

I really don’t understand why @Ofcom has not allowed an add on to @BBCRadio2 and I hope they alter this decision. They seem to be protecting one commercial station having allowed the complete destruction of local commercial radio and all the good broadcasters who have now lost their jobs.I genuinely don’t understand how they let this happen and also won’t alow Radio2 extra to go on @BBCSounds which is a BBC app. This all seems so unfair and must change.

@tonyblackburn @Ofcom Oh come on Tony the BBC left us Boomers out in the cold for years it’s only because they’ve now got serious competition from @BoomRadioUK that they want to start this new station. I think if Ofcom have any sense they will realise you have an ulterior motive.

Nice to hear from you Nicky but you still don’t get the point, the station we are talking about is nothing like your station as it would be broadcasting great archive material that the licence payers paid for.I think we should be able to go ahead and let the public decide. There’s room for both stations in my opinion and once again I say competition is a good thing don’t be scared of it.

@nickclegg This is all very commendable but sadly Meta are closing innocent peoples accounts and we have no way to contact Meta. I have lost contact with a number of friends and can't see what is happening in my local community just because I had my account hacked which I reported.

@Meta Facebook have disabled my account. I reported 3 times that it had been hacked and changed my password, then I had a message to say my account was disabled. I am a law abiding 72 year old woman desperate to get my account back please help

Because even if his mark up is 50% he's earnt £30 from me, we were there half an hour measuring them up, he's just rung to tell me he has ordered them and they will be 3 days coming, and that's taken him another 45 minutes. And his mark up isn't 50%!
