Rupert, unlike many of your current supporters, I was with you from the very beginning. I listened to your first speeches, followed your journey, and genuinely believed you could be the person to make a real difference in British politics. If you had built your party around helping the right win the next election—whether through your own movement or by working alongside others pursuing similar goals—I would still be supporting you today. Instead, it seems that too much time and energy has been spent attacking Reform and competing for the same voters rather than focusing on the bigger challenge facing the country. What disappoints me most is that I once saw you as someone who could unite people behind a common cause. Sadly, the bitterness and constant focus on political rivals has changed that perception. I will always wish you well, but I could never support that approach. For me, Reform is now the best chance of delivering the change this country needs.

Knocking on doors today and all we're hearing is that this by-election is Labour v Reform. No one else is even close. Only Reform can stop Labour in Makerfield.

Agree and I see the same scenario. I had great expectations of a Restore full merger with Advance UK. Ha! I don’t even want that now. Advance UK could become tarred with the same extreme Right party brush that Restore have. Lowe didn’t even have the moral integrity or decency to ask Restore supporters to support Nick Buckley in the Gorton & Denton by-election in February. A constituency Restore couldn’t field a candidate, but Advance UK did. Lowe and his acolytes are, unpatriotic, biased, vengeful. Most in Advance UK saw his true colours after February and since. This is why I’m fully behind Reform. I’m not going to help Restore win Makerfield, despite Ben Habib asking us to. I can see the bigger picture for the whole country.

A Restore Britain Government will not bring wealth and joy overnight. We are honest about that. There are no quick fixes to the dire mess we are in. There will be a very large number of very difficult decisions to be taken. It will be hard, but it is entirely necessary.
