@Victoria_Rixon @sendagenda we now have a a temperature and I believe she is impacted no scans no nothing please someone she says pain everywhere but her stomach is burning Before that I’d drafted this early hours - We had a second night a collapse on standing, but also the second night there has been not been continuous cardiac monitoring throughout the night despite documented bradycardia, low blood pressure and low oxygen. Stomach pain with no scans since admission 19th and no disempackion taking place despite at one point agreement it would - She does conceal her pain but it will usually be exhibited as behaviour at some point even at times I’m caught out not fully recognising it, exhausted, I wake up and remember the pattern.. the masking to get home, to be discharged, to as she says never return and that she won’t tell them the pain A long time ago I used to work supporting GPSTR rotations - we had a set criteria when I worked at GP VTS and it was that GPSTR were continually supervised whilst on ward rotations, especially at the beginning of a rotation ..
