NEW: T-rex skeleton named 'Gus Rex' has sold for a record-breaking price at a Sotheby's auction. 'Gus’, which comes from a South Dakota ranch owned by the late Gary ‘Gus’ Licking, sold for a whopping $50.1 million. The 38-foot-long and 12.5-foot-tall tyrannosaurus rex skeleton is composed of 183 fossilized bone elements, making it 61% complete by bone count and about 80% of its mass. The buyer has yet to be identified, and what they will do with the fossil is unknown. The previous record sale was purchased by billionaire Ken Griffin in 2024 for $44.6 million, who loaned it for 4 years to New York’s Museum of Natural History.

🚨BREAKING NEWS🚨 𝐸𝐿𝐸𝐶𝑇𝐼𝑂𝑁 𝐹𝑅𝐴𝑈𝐷 𝐼𝑁 𝐺𝐸𝑂𝑅𝐺𝐼𝐴 Governor Kemp and the Governor's Office of Planning and Budget (OPB) appear to be working with Democrats to stop the Georgia State Election Board (SEB). How are they doing this? The SEB has been stripped of their funding as appropriated by the State Legislature & Governor Kemp’s Budget Report Amended Fiscal Year 2024. We are not talking about a small portion of their budget but the entire operational budget as deemed by SB222 and the Governor’s 2024 budget, has not been received and/or is missing and/or is being intentionally withheld without explanation. Initially, it was reported that the SEB was stripped of $25,000 by the line item veto by Kemp, that was to produce a SEB website. That has also been recently reaffirmed by Max Johnson, Fiscal Policy Analyst for the Governor’s OPB, during an inquiry with the SEB. Keep in mind, the SEB is legally required to notify the public of what they are doing which is why it is critical they have their own website with the ability to post information. However, because the SEB was stripped of their funding, they now have to go through SOS Brad Raffensperger’s office to get anything posted. That creates a problem for the SEB when SOS Brad Raffensperger continuously gaslights Georgians making claims of having the most secure elections in the country and refuses to make changes to secure the election, even as ordered by Judge Amy Totenberg. Now it has come out that the SEB’s hands are tied even more due to lack of funding overall. The SEB does not have the funding to hire a their own investigator or legal counsel and other critical basic operational needs. Specially in regard to not being able to hire their own legal counsel, the SEB has to go through SOS Raffensperger’s legal counsel, Charlene McGowan. The same legal counsel who has repeatedly fought to protect the SOS Raffensperger & his office from all claims of election fraud. Couple that with just last week AG Chris Carr issued a statement refusing to investigate the 41 claims of voter fraud in Fulton County as referred to him by the SEB, the SEBs hands are tied. Without funding, they have zero legal recourse to actually do their job. How does this prove that Governor Kemp’s public statements of support for President Trump are empty and meaningless? The Democrats have been attacking the SEB, filing lawsuits to try & stop them from implementing any changes to secure the 2024 election & calling on Governor Kemp to remove SEB members. Governor Kemp has punted the responsibility to AG Chris Carr asking if the Governor has the legal authority to remove SEB members. Yes, the same AG who is refusing to investigate the claims of fraud referred to his office by the SEB. Governor Kemp is deliberately not standing by the members on the SEB as an attempt to give himself cover with both Democrats & Republicans. You couple that with learning that the SEB has been defunded and/or the OPB is quietly withholding funding and/or the funding is missing, it is clear that Governor Kemp is attempting to thwart any and all attempts for changes to be made to secure Georgia’s elections. This leaves the state of Georgia ripe for the same election fraud from 2020 and 2022. This is a HUGE development that directly refutes Governor Kemp’s public declaration of supporting President Trump. If Governor Kemp truly supported secure, free and fair elections in the state of Georgia, he would certainly NOT be trying to STOP efforts by the SEB. Governor Kemp and the Office of Planning and Budget need to immediately fund the SEB. They also need to answer for why the SEB has not received their entire operational budget funds. This is UNACCEPTABLE especially considering at the beginning of 2024, the state of Georgia was estimated to have a $10.7 billion surplus & $5.4 billion in a rainy day fund. Georgians are heading for a rude awakening come Election Day, November 5th
